Sit comfortably in an upright position.

Using your fourth index finger, take a small pinch of the O-Compact paste.

Gently place the paste between your lower lip and lower teeth.

Allow the paste to remain in place for a minimum of 10 minutes to facilitate gradual absorption through the oral mucosa.

After 10 minutes, drink a glass of warm water to assist in swallowing any remaining residue.
